  • Managed investments

The Platform operates as neutral infrastructure, not as an employer or investment vehicle.

3. Eligibility

4. No Guarantee of Results

The Platform makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Conversion rates or outcomes

5. Not Employment / No Agency

Use of the Platform does not create:

  • An employer–employee relationship
  • An independent contractor relationship
  • A partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship

Participants act independently and control their own actions, pricing (if any), and participation.

6. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Your communications and representations
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and platform rules
  • Any pricing or fees you choose to charge
  • Your tax obligations

You agree not to:

  • Make income guarantees
  • Misrepresent the Platform
  • Engage in deceptive or coercive practices

7. Optional Fees & Pricing

Any fees charged by participants:

  • Are optional
  • Are set solely by the participant
  • Are not required or mandated by the Platform

Payments processed through WOM, Skool, or other third-party platforms are governed by their respective terms and policies.

8. Affiliate & Partner Disclosure (Important)

The BTC Experiment operates entirely on affiliate commissions.

This means:

  • The Platform partners with third-party products, services, and platforms
  • If you sign up for, purchase, or participate in something through the Platform or its referral links, someone may earn a commission
  • This may include the Platform itself, a referring participant, or both

Affiliate commissions:

  • Do not increase your cost
  • Do not change pricing
  • Do not guarantee results

Participation in any affiliate offer is optional.

9. Data Sharing with Partners

To operate the Platform, certain information may be shared with:

  • Affiliate partners (for referral attribution)
  • Payment processors
  • Community platforms such as WOM and Skool
  • Service providers required for Platform functionality

Only information necessary for tracking, attribution, and operations is shared.

12. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, and materials are owned by The BTC Experiment or its licensors.

Unauthorized copying, resale, or distribution is prohibited.

13. Termination

  • Remove users for violations
